KUCHING: Marina Bay Sands announced that it is partnering with 12 coach operators in Malaysia including five of the country’s top cross border coach operators.In its press release yesterday, it stated that this was to provide Malaysians with a luxurious yet affordable travel experience from 11 cities across the country to Marina Bay Sands.
Notably, the five coach companies include Super Nice Express, Compass Coaches, Luxury Tours and Travel, Gunung Raya and First Coach.
“Marina Bay Sands is just a drive away from Malaysia. As our closest neighbours and one of our top priority markets, we would like to extend a welcoming hand and facilitate special arrangements for our Malaysian friends to travel to our destination in style and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime experiences with us,” said Thomas Arasi, chief executive officer and president of Marina Bay Sands.
Depending on their budgets and the chosen coach operator, Malaysians can enjoy a range of amenities including reclining comfortable seats, individual digital screens featuring entertaining programmes and hot food and beverages.
Coach prices range from S$55 return to S$110 return. The 12 operators offer over 130 trips daily with additional trips during high seasons.
