Kenbest offers 12-storey serviced residence and shopping complex

KUCHING: Property developer, Kenbest Sdn Bhd (Kenbest) is offering guaranteed seven per cent return per annum for the first five years of its serviced residence, Simpang Tiga Three (ST3).

“Kenbest is offering 12-storey serviced residence and shopping complex which is located at Jalan Simpang Tiga. The 12-storey development consists of 215 units of serviced residence, 280 units of shopping outlets and a basement,” said Kenbest property consultant, Leonard Lim in an interview with The Borneo Post in conjunction with Sarawak Builders’ Expo 2010 (Sarbex 2010) recently.
Lim highlighted that the company’s is targeting customers of middle to higher income group for the ST3 serviced residence and shopping complex.
“The development of the ST3 serviced residence and shopping complex is schedule to be ready by the end of next year or the first quarter of 2012. So far, we have sold more than half of the serviced residence and the retail units,” he added.
Lim noted that the serviced residence is managed by The Ascott Ltd, a member of Capitaland. Interested customers can visit Kenbest Sdn Bhd’s exhibition booth at Borneo Convention Centre.
