“The highlight for the exhibition is the company’s small office, home office (SOHO) 188 West which consists of 30 units of shop lots which were built in different land size,” said its sales and marketing manager, Alice Lee.
Lee pointed out that SOHO 188 West was a combination of residential apartments and commercial shop lots which was suitable for young entrepreneurs who were looking for a new concept of lifestyle of having their shop lots and residence built together.
“Most of our purchasers buy the units for their own use and they find our concept of SOHO very practical and interesting,” Lee added.
She highlighted that the company was targeting the medium to high-end business market and she also noted that Choice Supermarket had been confirmed as the anchor tenant occupying four units of SOHO.
Besides exhibiting SOHO 188 West, Silverdrum is also exhibiting its Imperiale Residence bungalows, themed ‘resort in the heart of the city’.
