OYA: The Mukah pair of Julaihi Bisumi and Suaidi Salman won the veteran title of the recent Pertandingan Badminton Antara Bergu Terbuka dan Tertutup Oya 2010.

They received RM250 and a trophy while the runners-up Ramli Majid and Kipli Rajlei of Igan received RM150 and a trophy.
Hamdi Mohd and Ibrahim Mohd (Igan) and Yaman Hashim and Fadhlee Phua (Oya) finished joint thirds and received with RM100 and a trophy each.
In the open doubles category, Mohd Azmil Halpi and Adli Akebar (Igan) took the title after beating Kueh Peng Yaw and Kueh Peng Choon (Mukah).
The winners received RM250 and a trophy with RM150 and a trophy going to the runners-up.
Julaihi Bisumi and Arman Abd Rashid (Mukah) and Mukhris Mohd and Fatihie Mohd (Igan) were the joint thirds and received RM100 and a trophy each.
The prizes were presented to the winners by Mukah Dalat District Council deputy chairman Kadir Jamil gave away the prizes.
The tournament was jointly organised by Pemuda PBB Ranting Kampung Boom sub-branch and the KRT Pekan Oya. A total of 29 teams took part in the open category and seven in the veteran category.
