KUCHING: Institut Eksekutif (IE) will take part in Borneo Post International Education Fair (BPIEF) 2011 to be held on the Feb 19 and 20 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

A press release said IE has the enviable reputation of producing quality employment-ready graduates who are in demand by the industry.

It has the distinction of being the first five private educational institutions in the entire Malaysia to achieve Full Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Board of Quantity Surveyors (BQSM) recognition status for its Quantity Surveying programme.

IE which has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years since its establishment in 2004 and has strived to provide greater access to quality education for future generations through its affordable fees and tirelessly strived towards to provide academic programmes which meet both stringent national and international quality requirements.

IE offers the Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

These programmes are recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and fully accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

It not only equips students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the programme but also provide opportunities of site visits, career and professional talks and industrial training.

In line with the college’s strategy in keeping its objectives on the provision of quality education, more exciting and enriching educational activities have been planned for the semester in order to build students’ competencies in areas critical to their success in today’s ever changing environment.

Intakes for the programmes are in January, April and August. Enrolment for the January intake is now in progress and courses will commence on Jan 10.
