SIBU: Longhouse chiefs in Tamin are urged to contact councillor Ngumbang Awit to claim their community letter box keys at Selangau District Office.
According to Ngumbang, the areas concerned are Ulu Sungai Arip (Penghulu Boniface Siew), Pelugau (Penghulu Thomas Jawa), Skuau (Penghulu Michael Jelani), Selangau (Penghulu Balai Gara) and Tamin (Penghulu Jerampang Ratoh).
He reminded the longhouse chiefs under the areas stated above to obtain the community letter box keys from him earliest possible.
“This is to facilitate the mailing process and collection of letters for
the longhouses folks,” he said.
He said the letter box keys were handed over to him by Tamin assemblyman Joseph Mauh Ikeh, at the meet-the-people session in Rumah Jeti Ngerembang at Mile 36, Sibu/Selangau Road recently.
