KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has secured significant investment in the aerospace industry which is due to be announced soon, Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) senior director, Non-Resourced Based Industries, Azman Mahmud said.

He, however, declined to disclose any details.
Azman was speaking at a press conference to announce the Aerospace Meetings Kuala Lumpur in May, to be hosted by BCI Aerospace in partnership with the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MiGHT) and MIDA.
Last year, the industry saw RM937 million in new investments, 97 per cent came of which came from domestic companies. — Bernama
