TROPICS condominium emphasises on security and safety

KUCHING: New property lot, TROPICS condominium located at Jalan Song (behind Upwell Supermarket) places emphasis safety of its residents through the use of gated and guided security in it compound.

Developed by Midas Residences Sdn Bhd, the TROPICS which consist of deluxe condominium units as well as stylish penthouse units also utilise the security card system  from the main entrance gate to each individual blocks.

According to the group’s sales and marketing office, Temasek Cartel Sdn Bhd sales manager Georg Liang, the TROPICS condominium give residents a peace of mind with its extensive security system.

“We also have a CCTV system as well as guard houses in the condominium compounds to maximise our security and give residents a peace of mind, even when they are away for holidays,” he affirmed.

In addition, the property lot has elevator access to each floor in each condominium.

Liang highlighted that the group was now placing focus on its premium lots which have a bigger built-up area between 1,500-1,600 square feet. The standard condominium lots have already been fully booked.

The TROPICS is expected to be completed by the middle of 2013.

The condominium include several amenities such as high speed internet access, sheltered car parks, fully-sheltered walk paths, a recycle centre, library and business centre.

In addition, the TROPICS also include a kids’ playground, basketball court, golf putting area, day care centre, cafeteria, gymnasium, a swimming pool and several more.

Interested parties may head on to its booth located at tHe Spring Shopping Mall’s West Court. The booth will be available every weekend in March.
