KUCHING: PWP Properties Sdn Bhd (PWP Properties) is inviting prospective buyers to the pre-launch of the 7th Mile Commercial Gateway on March 18 and 19, to beheld at Public Bank in Kota Sentosa.

The 7th Mile Commercial Gateway will consist of 46 units of three-storey shop houses, all of which are spacious with a width of 20 feet and length of 65 feet.

The new road will ease traffic congestion in the area and serve people travelling from Kuching to Padawan, Serian, Sri Aman and Kota Sentosa.

Over the past ten years, Kota Sentosa (7th Mile) has seen a lot of development following construction of better access roads from Kuching. The increase of development and construction in the area has also seen a significant growth of residential developments.

Kota Sentosa has transformed from an isolated small town to a hot property investment zone. With the on-going construction of Kuching Sentral which is expected to be complete by middle of this year, it will be a major regional transport hub with attached shopping facilities.

Upon completion, there will be an increase of long distance buses and city buses commuting to the area, which will result in more people visiting Kota Sentosa coffee shops, retail outlets.
