FOR LAUNCHING SOON: Phase two of Taman Tiong Ung Siew at Permai Road is to be launched on March 27.
SIBU: Tiong Ung Siew (TUS) Sdn Bhd is inviting the public to a barbeque gathering at Taman Tiong Ung Siew in Permai Road on March 27.
Its marketing manager Karen Loi said the barbeque was in conjunction with the launch of the second phase of Taman Tiong Ung Siew housing project on the same day at noon.
“The barbeque will start at 8.30am until afternoon and it is free for everybody.So come and join the fun, the more the merrier,” she said.
In conjunction with the launch, TUS is organising a colouring contest at 9am for pupils from selected Chinese primary schools and contestants are to be at the site at 8.30am for registration.
Meanwhile, she said the second phase of the project comprised 86 units of double storey terrace house.
Just five minutes’ drive from the Lake Garden, the project area was the only hilly and solid land in Permai Road, Loi said.
There will be 315 double storey, semi-detached, affordable double storey houses and shophouses built in five phases.
“The 60 units of double-storey terrace house (SDTH) and 74 units of double-storey affordable home (DSAH) under the first phase have been sold,” she said.
