MIRI: Polar Light Sdn Bhd (Polar Light), the developer of Curtin Water, recently unveiled three new show houses, which are now open for public viewing.

These are namely Kalista – a double storey semi-detached house, Amarion  and Beneton, where both are double storey terrace units.

Curtin Water is a dress circle development that nestles around the canal waterways overlooking the nearby wetland. It consists of 1,074 luxurious and contemporary designed houses.

The estate sits just next to Curtin University of Technology and strategically linked to major highways and about 14km north of the city.

The Kalista model which is a double storey semi-detached, looks like a bungalow from the outside. Its modern and contemporary design might be appealing to those who seek spacious interiors with large compounds.

With a generous built-up area of 3,307 square feet (sq ft) that sits on a land size of between eight and 10 points, it comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This house is perfect for those who have big families or residents who appreciate fine living in a spacious home.

Amarion, on the other hand, allows residents to upgrade their lifestyle by mingling into the exclusive neighbourhood of  Curtin Water. They get to experience modern living amidst the beautiful scenery that overlooks the canal separating the estate from the university.

This house comes with a spacious built up area of 2,703 sq ft on a land size of 4.37 points for intermediate units or seven to nine points for corner units. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Residents can also expect to come home to peace of mind when residing in the double storey terrace Beneton, as its main idea is to have residents kick back, relax and unwind as soon as they enter the door, leaving all their worries behind.

With the same built-up area of 2,521 sq ft and land size almost similar to the Amarion, the Beneton unit comprises of two choice of designs, either a three bedrooms, two bathroom units or a four bedrooms and three bathroom units.

Either one or the other, all of these three models offer residents the best luxury homes that money can buy. The quiet and serene environment at Curtin Water, enhanced by its exclusiveness and low density, is definitely a place you want to call home.
