KUCHING: With the Gawai Dayak festival mood already in the air, the Miss Isuzu Springtime World Harvest Festival (WHF) 2011 will be held today, from 4pm to 9pm at the tHe Spring’s North Court.
Apart from the pageant, various events and contests have been lined up in conjunction with the Gawai holidays, sponsored by Isuzu. Tomei is giving away prizes worth RM1,000 each to three lucky winners for their Contest Pesta Gawai which will end on June 19.
Shoppers are required to spend RM100 in a single receipt at any outlet in tHe Spring and complete a 20-word slogan to participate.
The Sarawak Symphony Orchestra will be appearing at the shopping mall this Saturday to perform live at 2.30pm. This Sunday, a Gawai Colouring Contest will be held for children aged 7 to 9.
Interested participants can get entry forms from the Customer Service Counter.
BAYU from Unimas will showcase their cultural performances at the mall on June 1, 2 and 4 from 2.30pm.
