SIBU: A total of 169 officers from the 40th Port Specialist Regiment who participated in the recent ‘Kenyalang Technical Training’ programme received their certificates of attendance on Tuesday night.
The training programme was held from June 8 to 22 at various ports in the state.
The regiment’s Fourth Squadron commanding officer Major Abdul Nasser Abdul Wahab presented the certificates to the officers during a presentation ceremony held at a hotel here.
Also present was Rajang Port Authority general manager Helen Lim.
Winners of the various competitions held as part of the programme also received their prizes at the function.
