SUVA: An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale jolted Fiji region at 03:54:27 GMT on Friday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 413.20 km, was initially determined to be at 16.5256 degrees south latitude and 176.9050 degrees west longitude.
