The Hibiscus at Port Dickson available for sale during Kuching exhibition

KUCHING: Property investors and purchasers are invited to check out The Hibiscus at Port Dickson during its property exhibition this weekend on Sept 24 and 25, 2011.

Developed by boutique property developer, Kuala Lumpur Metro Group – as a joint venture partner of the Menteri Besar Incorporation – will commence construction of The Hibiscus in Port Dickson in mid-July 2011.

The project is expected to be completed in May 2014.

“We are very upbeat about this project due to the uniqueness of its design and magnitude of size for the region,” expressed KL Metro Group’s managing director, Datuk Low Tak Fatt.

“Also, being located in a low-density area, this resourt is highly suited to a high demand of discerning holiday-makers seeking a tranquil haven away from the bustling Teluk Kemang or Saujana beaches.”

Low said with an average price of RM560,000 — fully furnished and fitted — several units of The Hibiscus at Port Dickson will be offered for purchase on a leaseback option with rental returns of seven per cent per annum.

Although the project site sits over 43 acres of pristine beachfront, The Hibiscus in actual fact encompasses 100 acres overall in the secluded nook of Pasir Panjang.

To feature 654 water-homes, the five-star rated project boasts of spacious units ranging from 770 square feet (sq ft) to 880 sq ft, with its hallmark attraction being the private pools and en-suite steam sauna facilities at all individual units.
