KUALA LUMPUR: The Gerakan Youth and Wanita wings began their national delegates’ conference simultaneously at Menara PGRM, here yesterday.
The venue for Wanita delegates’ conference, opened by Gerakan deputy president Datuk Chang Ko Youn, is at Dewan Cempaka while the Youth delegates’ conference is at Dewan Pulau Pinang and opened by the party’s vice-president Datuk Mah Siew Keong.
Delegates from Gerakan lifetime members had earlier began their conference at 8.45am.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is scheduled to open the party’s national delegates’ conference today. — Bernama
