Harden returned as SUPP Simanggang chairman

SRI AMAN: Rural Development Assistant Minister Datuk Francis Harden Hollis has been re-elected Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Simanggang branch chairman for the term 2012 to 2014.

Harden, who is Simanggang assemblyman, will be assisted by deputy chairman Kii Kuang Sing.

SUPP Simanggang held its annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday.

The other office bearers are vice-presidents Tay Siaw Chuang, Chai Tze Hiung, Wong Kah Ling, Ngu Ming Hieng and Jugah Merin; secretary Tiong Chong Onn; assistant secretaries Vincent Roy Muda, Yap Kuet Kee and Chai Ngee Chen; treasurer Hii Ngiik Chuang; and assistant treasurer Lau Eng Hui.

The youth and women’s chief are Chong Jin Huat and Ling Siew Hung respectively, while the organising secretary is Sawing Sumar and the assistant organising secretaries are Lee Joon Tat and Ringgit Bayang.

The post of publicity and information secretary went to Stanley Hollis, while his assistants are Sii Toh Ching and Kang Tai Kong.

Four Chinese community leaders —Tan Chong Meng, Sii Toh Ping, Lau Jin Heng and Lee Siang — were appointed as branch advisors.
