SANDAKAN: A total 113 people received awards from the Yang Dipertua Negeri of Sabah Tun Juhar Mahiruddin, here yesterday.
The awards, in conjunction with his 58th birthday recently, involved Ahli Setia Darjah Kinabalu (A.S.D.K), Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (A.D.K), Bintang Setia Kinabalu (B.S.K), Bintang Kinabalu (B.K) and Sijil Kehormat (S.K).
The 10 recipients of the A.S.D.K. included Sabah Forestry Department Deputy Director Fidelis Edwin Bajau and Kinabatangan Umno division secretary Titing Putang.
Among the 19 recipients for the A.D.K. were Sandakan Police Chief Rowell Marong, Beluran District Officer Yusop Osman and Borneo Utusan reporter Yusop Teppo. A total of 43 people received the B.S.K, 30 received the B.K. and 11 received the S.K. — Bernama
