Developer praised for Kinarut projects

PAPAR: Kawang assemblyman Datuk Ghulam Haidar Khan Bahadar has thanked Mega Sunwise Sdn Bhd for helping to develop suburban areas, especially in the Kawang constituency.

Besides the Rose Garden Park residential cum commercial project in Kinarut, the Palm Condominium and Palm Square projects to be undertaken by Mega Sunwise and WSG Development Sdn Bhd will transform Kinarut, he said.

Ghulam was speaking at a Chinese New Year celebration hosted by Mega Sunwise for residents of Rose Garden Kinarut, which is a new housing estate.

He congratulated Mega Sunwise managing director Datuk Susan Wong for making the effort to foster close relationship between Mega Sunwise multiracial staff and residents of Rose Garden Park.

Also present at the event yesterday were Susan’s husband Wong Ten An, Papar district officer Eman Ali, Montfort Youth Training Centre (MYTC) chief Francis Chua and leaders from Kawang.

Susan said Mega Sunwise appreciated the support from people of Kinarut in making Rose Garden Park as one of the most popular housing estates in the area.

During the event, Mega Sunwise gave RM5,000 to MYTC and another RM5,000 to Tien Nam Shi Temple in Kinarut.
