KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd (Suntrack) has launched its latest industrial development, Suntrack HUB @ Bangi, with a gross development value of RM110 million.

The project comprises 42 industrial showrooms located in Bangi Industrial Park, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, the company said in a statement yesterday.

Its project director James Tan said the 4.76 hectare (ha) development offers purchasers three different types at a starting price RM2.59 million.

Differing in facade and size, each unit has a built-up area ranging from 476.9 square metres (sqm) to 508.9sqm, he said.

“We are confident the convenience and strategic location, paired with design excellence, will convince businesses to make this beneficial investment,” Tan said.

Construction will begin in March this year following its sales launch on Feb 17, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2013, he said.

Apart from the 10 per cent Bumiputera discount, an early bird discount of RM30,000 is applicable to purchasers up to the launch day.

Suntrack HUB @ Bangi incorporates environment-friendly features such as rain water harvesting, heat reflective materials and natural lighting and ventilation, and each unit offers a comfortable and cost-effective business environment. — Bernama
