Blood donation, organ pledge drive today

KUCHING: The Agape Sanctuary is organising a blood donation and organ donation pledge drive at its premises at Lot 2133 Jalan Dogan off Batu Kawa here today.
A spokesman for the sanctuary said it would take only two minutes to sign up as an organ donor and he urged people to not only pledge to donate their organs after their death but also to tell their friends and family members about this noble exercise.
He also appealed for blood donors to turn up at the Agape sanctuary to give their blood as the hospital blood bank was in constant need for blood.
