61 straight As at SMK Chung Hua Miri

MIRI: SMK Chung Hua Miri recorded the most number of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2011 straight-A students for the division.
A total of 61 students from the school achieved the top results. Out of that number, 10 students scored straight A+, nine had 11As and 42 managed 10As.
A total of 347 students from the school sat for the examination last year.
The school’s overall pass rate was 89.34 per cent, while the school average grade (GPS) was 3.37.
In terms of the overall SPM 2011 results, SMK Chung Hua Miri ranked third in the division behind SM Sains Miri and Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang.
