KUCHING: Local property developer, UEM Land Holdings Bhd (UEM Land), will be organising several roadshows in East Malaysia to promote its latest properties.

“The roadshows, to be held from April 14 to May 6, is set to visit four cities including Kuching, Miri, Sibu and Kota Kinabalu,” said UEM Land in its press statement.

“We realise that there is a growing interest for our properties in the East Malaysian market. These marketing initiatives will not only serve as an excellent promotional platform but this will also enable us to meet our existing and potential customers to obtain a deeper understanding of their needs,” said UEM Land chief marketing officer, Siti Mariam Mohd Desa.

Among the projects that would be on display at the exhibitions are Imperia Puteri Harbour, Impiana at East Ledang, Summer VOS and Symphony Hills.

Imperia Puteri Harbour was set to be the first residential building in Johor to be accorded the Provisional Gold Certification under the Green Building Index. Fronting the Public Marina and situated next to a park, the property blends the three components of residential, retail and office to create convenience for tenants.

“The East Ledang Impiana offers tropical living with views of the Straits of Johor and is only a 15-minute drive to Singapore, not forgetting the Puteri Harbour, Medini Iskandar Malaysia. It is also complete with a wide range of facilities and amenities,” the press statement noted about the four-block, 488-unit development.

UEM Land’s Summer Suites combines 34-storeys of office space with business infrastructure, ideal for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Located within Kuala Lumpur’s ‘Golden Triangle, the suites are offered in various sizes ranging from 444 square feet (sq ft) to 867 sq ft.

Last but not least is the Symphony Hills, spread over 98 acres, the development comprised of more than 2,000 mixed landed and high-rise strata residential units and several commercial lots with a total gross development value of RM1 billion.

“The first leg of the exhibitions will be in three cities in Sarawak – Miri from April 14 to 15 at the Marriott Hotel; Kuching from April 21 to 22 at the Hilton Hotel and Sibu from April 28 to 29 at the RH Hotel followed by a stop in Kota Kinabalu at the Pacific Sutera Hotel from May 5 to 6,” UEM Land added.
