MIRI: Radio Free Sarawak (RFS) may poison and destroy the minds of the Dayak community, said Iban community leader Pemanca Wilson Siang Lim yesterday.
“The radio is rubbish, and it may destroy the mentality of the Iban and Dayak community as a whole,” he said when approached after Sibuti MP Ahmad Lai Bujang had presented minor rural project (MRP) funds here yesterday.
Before RFS spreads more ill will, Wilson urged the government to take action against them.
It is understood that the state PKR is keen to use the radio to campaign in the rural areas in the 13th general election. Recently, they claimed that the radio station, allegedly broadcasting from London, presented fair and balanced reporting.
