KAPIT: In its bid to further popularise swimming here, the Kapit Amateur Swimming Association (KASA) is organising a swimming clinic at the Bletih Swimming Pool with professional coach from State Sports Council, Zhang Zu as the trainer.
The swimming clinic is open to children who are eight years old and above with no age limit for adults.
“Those who are interested to participate in the basic swimming skill clinic are required to register with the coach, Zhang Zu at Bletih Swimming Pool. He is available daily except for Monday when the pool closes down for maintenance. They are required to have proper swimming attire, own kicking board, goggles and float especially for children. The closing date is on May 6. All participants are required to pay RM 80 for the three week long swimming clinic to be held from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm daily,” said a spokesman of KASA.
