Pstnt to hold open sepak takraw championship in August

KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu Sepak Takraw Association (PSTNT) will hold an open sepak takraw championship in August.
PSTNT chairman Mohd Shapian Ali said a prize of RM5,000 would be offered to the champions, RM3,000 to the runners-up and RM1,000 each for third an fourth places.
“The cash prize of RM10,000 is the biggest in a championship in the state thus far,” Mohd Shapian, who is also Malaysian Sepak Takraw Association deputy chairman, told Bernama.
He said the championship was open to state teams, clubs and others. — Bernama
