SBA selecting players through state tournament

KUCHING: Sarawak Badminton Association (SBA) will hold the State Junior Tournament at its badminton hall at Jalan Lapangan Terbang from June 29 to July 1.
The competition aimed at selecting players to represent the state at the National Junior Inter State Team Championships in Kedah from Sept 19 to 23.
Categories to be competed are Boys and Girls Under 12 singles, Boys and Girls U15 singles and doubles, and Boys and Girls Under 18 singles and doubles.
Managers meeting and draw will be held on June 28 at 7.30pm, the venue for the meeting to be announced later.
Entries fee are RM5 for singles and RM10 for doubles while the closing date is June 19.
Registration can be made with divisional associations, affiliates, clubs and training centres.
