SEREMBAN: Two real estate agents were robbed of RM25,000 minutes after withdrawing the cash from a bank in a broad day-light daring robbery at Jalan Rasah near the Port Dickson-Seremban Plaza Toll yesterday.

Seremban police chief ACP Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said during the 3.30pm incident, the two victims, aged 30 and 31 had just withdrawn the money from a bank in Rasah and were heading to Seremban 2 in a Toyota Wish (MPV) when they were intercepted.

“The victims were suddenly intercepted by two vehicles at the Jalan Rasah traffic lights and a few men wearing masks rushed to the victim’s car, broke the mirror and grabbed the cash,” he said.

Saiful said, the victims had tried to fight back but were hit on their heads with blunt objects by the suspects before fleeing the scene.

The victims later sought treatment at a hospital nearby before lodging a police report while police are tracking down the suspects. — Bernama
