Their hospital management needed to be upgraded. Not only their management, their facilities also need to be upgraded. Some of their staff are rude towards the patience. The whole system need to be change. We cant get malaysian hospital been labeled as poor hospital. Upgrade please…

Who is the private company assigned to maintain the lift?. Is the company or are the staff of the company knowledgable in the operation, hence maintenance of the lift?. If I am the mother of the premature baby, I would seek for a lawyer legal advice for necessary action to be taken leading to claim of compensation for the trauma experienced.

Balai Bomba cuma sejauh 2 KM dari hospital. Kalau dah betul emergency kenapa tak telepon bomba saja. Apa punya pikiran??
