KUCHING: Property developer, LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) under its subsidiary Seribu Baiduri Sdn Bhd, has handed over the keys to unit buyers of Saujana Business Park eight months ahead of schedule.

The commercial development comprising two- band three-storey shop offices is set to be the most prominent trade square within the self-sufficient township of Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP).

LBS handed over keys to buyers of the 78 units of shop offices built on 7.2 acres of land. The units which were previously launched in 2009 had been fully sold.

LBS managing director, Datuk Lim Hock San said, “As the only business square within a 11 kilometre (km) radius, Saujana Business Park will cater not only to the needs of BSP residents, but also those from surrounding neighbourhoods. This catchment area presents great potential for both businesses and as an investment.

“We expect a variety of businesses including a hypermarket, institution of higher learning, major banks, food and beverage outlets, retail, lifestyle outlets and small and medium entrepreneurs to complement BSP’s development into a fully matured and self-sufficient township.”

Surrounded by several fully-occupied housing suburbs, SBP would cater to 20,000 residents staying within the BSP township where more than 5,900 units had been completed and an additional 2,100 were under development.

SBP consists of 78 units of shop offices with built-up areas from 3,266 square feet (sq ft) to 9,201 sq ft. The units, launched at RM184 per sq ft, is today valued at RM275 per sq ft and is expected to continue escalating. It has an estimated gross development value of RM62 million.

The fully self-contained BSP township is located about 30km southeast of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, making it both strategically close to the major suburbs of Klang Valley, yet secluded enough to provide a haven of serenity.

Easily accessible and conveniently connected via major expressways, it is within minutes of Petaling Jaya, Sunway, USJ, Subang Jaya, Seri Kembangan, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
