KUCHING: YLH Autoworld Sdn Bhd (YLH Autoworld) yesterday launched the HF Flexi Truck, which is a new addition to its line of products, in its showroom at Jalan Simpang Tiga.
According to YLH Autoworld branch manager, Ng Chee Phien, “The HF Flexi Truck is running on a 1.1 litre petrol engine with a five speed manual transmission.” HF Flexi Truck is assembled in Gurun, Kedah.
Ng further elaborated that, “The brand of the truck is known as Hafei, in short, HF, originating from China.” When asked about its features, he pointed out that, “The size is just right for small business owners who want mobility.
“Large capacity lorries that we see everyday are a bit expensive to own and sometimes too large for some owners.
“For some small business owners, they cannot afford it,” he added.
The HF Flexi Truck is one of a kind, as Ng explained.
“In Malaysia, there are no small trucks like this in particular.
“In addition, customers can have three types of customisation according to their needs, namely Box Van Mounted, Luton Box Van Mounted and the Mobile Hawking Complete Set.
“The Mobile Hawking Complete Set includes the needs of hawkers.
We have six types of accessories such as generator set, kitchen set, water dispenser, lighting and plug point, cabin sticker and compartments.” explained Ng.
HF Flexi Truck comes with a two-year warranty or 40,000 kilometres, or which ever comes first.
The basic model total selling price is RM36,888 while the Mobile Hawking Complete Set model is priced at RM54,888.
Colours available are silver or white.
“Service and the maintenance of HF Flexi Truck can be done in our branch here,” Ng added.
YLH Autoworld is the authorised Sarawak distributor for the HF Flexi Truck.
