Get revision tips at SPM, PMR Clinic

KUCHING: Parents are encouraged to send their children to the Masnita SPM and PMR Clinic 2012 to be held at the Faculty of Social Sciences of University Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) in Kota Samarahan from June 23 to 24.
The event organised by Unimas’ Women Association (Masnita) aims to provide tips on how to excel in revising for the coming Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Peperiksaan Menengah Rendah (PMR).
According to Masnita president Datin Dayang Mariani Abang Zain, the clinic would be conducted by experienced teachers and examiners.
“This is the second year Masnita is organising the clinic and we hope it will also boost student morale in preparing for the exams,” she said.
The two-day event will cover five subjects in PMR and seven subjects in SPM namely Malay language, English, Science, Mathematics, History, Additional Maths, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
“On the second day is a motivational talk for students,” she said.
Limited seats are available.
Entry fee is RM100 for SPM students and RM70 for PMR students.
The fees include food and drinks including notes and stationery during the two days.
