KOTA KINABALU: The Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders are making a lot of noise about frogging while remaining silent on major issues raised by STAR, said STAR Sabah chairman Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.
He said the real issues in Sabah were not about frogging, but about other very serious matters.
“The BN leaders don’t want to talk about this because they know they can’t defend themselves,” he said in response to the chorus of attacks made by BN leaders against him for saying BN leaders ‘are frogs too.’
Jeffrey said he would not veer off from his struggle for the people and would stick to his principles for rights and autonomy of the Borneo states.
“I believe that given the chance, we will be able to do much better than the current BN government,” he said in a statement yesterday.
