SIBU: Staff and students of SK Ulu Ranan in Kanowit are grateful to Regiment 510 Territorial Army (TA) for cleaning up the school compound under its ‘Jiwa Murni’ programme.
Some 270 personnel from the regiment, led by Warrant Officer 1 David Richard, recently came down to the school to render the community service.
In a briefing held before the activity started, David said the regiment had been regularly carrying out the project in the district to uphold its good name.
Headmaster Andrew Mail Sangong, who also spoke, thanked the army for their good deeds.
