US property and visa seminar in Sibu

KUCHING: Borneo Real Estate, together with international sales and property marketing company, Dynamic Joy from Kuala Lumpur, will be hosting an exclusive ‘USA Business Visa and Green Card Investment Property’ seminar this week at RH Hotel in Sibu.

According to its press release yesterday, migration agent Jack Maple, who flew in from New York would provide free advise and consultation on how to migrate to the US.

“With the current package that we have, you and your family will be able to move to the US and own three properties which will generate 10 per cent per annum,” said Aubrey Chan from Borneo Real Estate.

The packages ranged from US$225,000 to US$250,000 – included were the three residential property located in the selected cities namely Orlando, Florida and St Louis, Missouri.
