Kelantan Experience Second Defeat This Season

KUALA LUMPUR: Super League champions Kelantan experienced their second defeat this season when they lost 0-1 to Felda United at the Hang Jebat Stadium in Melaka Tuesday night.

The Red Warriors who successfully defended their Super League title after collecting 57 points on Saturday, were tamed by a goal by French import Mickael Antoine-Curier in the 37th minute.

Runners-up Lions XII of Singapore also suffered an upset at the hands of club side T-Team, going down 1-2 at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium in Kuala Terengganu.

Azrul Hazran opend scoring for T-Team as early as the 5th minute before their defender Bojan Petric made a mistake and scored an own goal in the 25th minute.

Team captain Rosdi Talib netted the winner when he converted a penalty awarded in the 70th minute.–Bernama
