semenjak Malaysia ditubuhkan pada 1963, tak pernah lagi Malaysia ni dijajah… Indon acah acah dengan payung terjun adalah… tak terjajah nye pun~ 31 Ogos 1957, Malaysia belum lahir lagi, jadi apa kaitan dengan sarawak? seumpama saya menyambut hari jadi saya pada tarikh yg salah… awwwww

55 years wasnt the independent for sarawak, It just The malayan. as sarawak are just 49 yrs so how could I agreed to the call of najib to go all out since that was not the real fact,, the malayan should stop bullying us sarawakian.

Hahaha… I never have this problem… u must have foul language man… Independent maybe not but intelligent commenters quite many eventhough spellings like primary school… Take Sean for example… he hits hard many times but he is civil. Or Borneo anak Sarawak or geo_kueh or even bean… I come looking for their comments everyday. I would like to read ur comment if they are intelligent.

Malaysia was formed on 16 September 1963… do some calculation with a simple calculator… was that 55 years ago on 31 August? Borneo Post should issue special circulation on 22 July 2012 to remember the day (22 July 1963) when Sarawak gained her Independence from the British prior to becoming a partner to form Malaysia on 16 September 1963 with The Federation of Malaya, North Borneo Sabah and Singapore (which was later kicked out on 10 August 1965)….

Yes, Sarawakians must defend the idea of an independent Sarawak as long as we are not treated as an equal partner. We should have at least 30% of the federal seats. We are just getting a raw deal and treated as fixed deposits only. Are you happy your children or even yourself or your spouse have to go elsewhere to earn a living to feed the family? Providing jobs for the people should be the priority and that comes from getting investors to come in. Bringing in the investors will automatically create jobs for the people. People prefer to work for their living then to expect handouts from the government, though that cannot be said for some connected or privileged ones. They feel the dignity of being able to stand on their own feet.
