The comments below are well said. There are many examples that the so called 1Malaysia will not be realised but I’m sure all the politicians are well aware of, only it takes a lot of actions rather than speech to convince fellow Malaysians that the Goverment is sincere about really making it happen. It’s always about making the first step, but currently, don’t seem to be happening. All people see are tactics to win rather than the core intention, that is ” For The Rakyat”

For Malaysianisation, I think those in Malaya should learn from us. Their multicultural, multireligion and multiracial spirit of solidarity and harmony is no match to Sarawakians and Sabahans. Unless one particular race does not think that they are superior over the other, there is little chance of having a genuine 1 Malaysia concept.

We know that we are multi-racial and multi-religious country. Growing extremism? Why? We need to treat the route cause in order to preserve our multi-ratial unity. Than we can say ‘ 1 Malaysia’ to show to the hall world. So its no point we treat the disease without treating the route cause. Even worse when we just talk about it without action. Thank you.

What about starting with you? Tell these extremists we are pulling out of Malaysia to get away or detach from these goons. OOOphs, there goes the safe Fixed Deposits. Sarawakians by and large are very moderate and peace loving people. Our racial harmony is first class and what a lot of moderates in West Malaysia, be they Malays, Chinese, Indians and other groups are yearning and dreaming for. Do not come and pollute our minds with your so called extremist views. We will resist with what we have built up over so many years.

As long as the word BUMI is being used legally to show one-race superiority over others based on births and not on merits, it will not bode well with other races. If Malaysia were to progress, this ethnocentric word must be outlawed to pave the way for equality of all races. Talking without decisive action, tantamount to ‘hot air’ only. Crooked leaders practicing apartheid policies will impel the country towards total ABYSS.
