Society expects to produce photo album by year-end

TAWAU: The Photographic Society here is still struggling to produce a Malaysian-style picture album with more than 1,000 photos of the attractions in the townships and area across the country.
Its president Ho Lee Ngiew said the picture album consists of authentic National Geographic and Malaysian customs and the photo collection is expected to be completed end of this year.
Ho hoped the people could give their support by placing commercial advertisements in the album.He was speaking at the 12th Installation of Tawau Photographic Society and the 7th Installation of Society of Photographers-Malaysia (SPM) held at L.A. Hotel here on Saturday night.
About 150 guests and members attended the installation night.
“We also have created a webpage, email, and facebook for the members to get information, exchange experience and chat with each other.
“I also urge the society members to continue exploring in photographic arena with their latest photography technology and equipment,” Ho pointed out.
The guest of honor was Mr Lo Chi Soon.
