Now the main answer is to tell the public what is the contain inside heli black box recording contain. Secondly check the background of the heli pilot flight flying hours and certify his flying certificate. Thirdly, check the last service & maintenance log record of the heli. Forthly, contact the heli insurance company to request crashed investigator or expert to conduct through investigation of the wreckage so tat to identify human or machine error. Lastly ground all heli with the same model tat crashed recently so no more valuable lifes gone.

Well fren i disagree with you. Have you flown in a helicopter before? We have regulators who checks on the safety of the heli or aircraft. Do you know what is a flight Plan in the first place?

Well the offshore heli and the TUDM brief the passengers before they board the heli. The offshore heli require the passengers to wear life jacket before boarding the flight.

Do you put on life jacket when flying in an aircraft? No me. I only put on when told to do so by the pilot or through the p.a. system of the aircraf.

Now, we know already so many cases of the Heli crash in Sarawak. We learn from the above article and its good to know a bit of the regulation and operating procedure as a Pilot. I think the authority should play their role too. Ensure the regulation shall be conformed before issuing any licenses or while renewing it. Forget about who is the owner, just do your job to ensure. Is it the same as we sent our vehicle to PUSPAKOM? I don’t know? May be that is the way it should be. Don’t forget about the Pilot license too.

Who’s to say that the passengers didnt insist stringently on boarding the heli? The passengers should have put on life jackets. That would have made a world of difference.

What would you if you were the pilot of the helicopter that took away the life of the three victims? Would you take off despite inclement weather as alleged by the widow of one of the victms? If not, then it would mean a man-made error of judgement, wasn’t it? In such case, either the pilot or the company that owns the helicopter, or Sebiro should be held accountable?
