KTS sponsors Sabah tour for 89 China delegates

KOTA KINABALU: Around 80 delegates from Fuzhou, China are here for a youth exchange programme organized in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of KTS Group.
The delegates comprise varsity students, high school students, entrepreneurs, medical practitioners, teachers, civil servants and others.
The group received a warm welcome as they arrived at Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) Terminal One from Kuala Lumpur here yesterday.
Among those who were present to welcome the delegates included KTS Sabah office manager Paul Hii Poh Buei, See Hua Marketing (Sabah) Sdn Bhd area support manager Tie King Hoh, See Hua Marketing (Sabah) Sdn Bhd senior marketing manager Wong Pak Ing, See Hua Marketing (Sabah) Sdn Bhd advertising manager Yii Wha Hin, KTS Trading Sdn Bhd branch import manager Wong Nyuk Tai, and See Hua Daily News chief editor Toh Chee Kong.
The youth exchange programme will take the participants on a 10-day tour in Malaysia that enables the delegates to learn about the Chinese population in Malaysia , their history and their developments.
The programme also aims to foster closer ties among youths between the two nations.
The group has visited Kuala Lumpur and will depart for Bintulu, Sibu and Kuching in Sarawak after their visit here.
During their tour here, the delegates will visit the various tourist attractions in the city, indulge in our local cuisines and enjoy Malaysian cultural shows.
The visit was fully sponsored by the KTS Group.
In addition, KTS Group will organize a visit to Fuzhou, China at the end of this year, which is expected to be participated by 100 youths.
There will also be a youth camp held in Kuching, Sarawak in October this year as part of the events to celebrate KTS Group’s 50th anniversary.
