CONSTRUCTION CAREER: UniSA offers a solid start in construction management.

KUCHING: The University of South Australia’s (UniSA’s) bachelor’s degree in construction management will qualify students to work in a range of construction professions including construction manager, building surveyor (BS), quantity surveyor (QS) and project manager.

The four-year programme gives students ideal preparation for a future career in construction.

The degree is recognised globally and qualifies students to enter professional associations for surveying and building in Australia, the UK and Malaysia.

Each student undertakes at least 100 days industrial experience to prepare them for employment and also undertakes a final year construction project that mimics the future work they will do.

Nine-seven per cent of construction management graduates find jobs straight after graduation.

Studying construction management at UniSA is a popular choice for Malaysian students and many students with Malaysian government scholarships have enrolled.

UniSA is one of Australia’s top-ranked universities and is well known for construction management.

Student can enjoy access to world-standard facilities at UniSA’s campus hub for technology research and learning and award-winning teachers.
