KUCHING: Kuching Park Hotel Sdn Bhd (Kuching Park Hotel) is presenting a special introductory rate for its rooms starting from August 6 to the public.
According to the resident manager of Kuching Park Hotel, Valentino Chan, the introductory rate was priced at RM100 nett for its standard room.
“We renovated our rooms recently, so we would like to introduce the rooms to the public with a new concept, design and facilities to enhance our guests’ stay with us.
Kuching Park Hotel was renovated recently, equipped with free WiFi throughout the hotel. The floor now is spotted with timber flooring for enhance comfort.
“The rate is RM100 nett per room, per night, excluding breakfast,” added Chan.
During the interview, he said that in general, there were 75 standard rooms available in the hotel, of which 20 rooms were equipped with one king or queen size bed and the other 55 rooms were equipped with two single beds.
According to Jason Kho, the sales and marketing executive, Kuching Park Hotel also catered for seminars, meetings and training events and there were two packages to choose from.
“The first package is the full day package at RM45 per pax. This package was inclusive of two tea breaks, one lunch and usage of the function room for eight hours.
“For the second package, it is a half day package at RM35 per pax. This package on the other hand includes one tea break, one lunch and the usage of the function room for four hours,” he added.
The hotel also provided the LCD projector for rent. A fee of RM150 was applicable for four hours, while a fee of RM250 was applicable for eight hours.
