In addition, he also said that the demand and potential was still growing as there was plenty of land that had yet to be developed.

“There are statistics showing that many people outside Kuala Lumpur is moving in, especially the new generations. This is the reason why Kuala Lumpur population is growing.

“With this migration, it creates a strong demand for property and will help to spur growth,” explained Cheong He continued that, “The last stop was in Kota Kinabalu, where response was overwhelming.

“It was our first penetration towards the East Malaysia market and we were very excited about it.

“We managed to get about 30 over units, and the response is still there. Our agents are still following up.” Cheong said.

He foresaw that in one or two weeks time, the company was confident that it could reach about 40 units.

“We expect the same response from here. There are total of 508 units for Empire City.”

Aubrey Chan, the managing principal of the Borneo Real Estate also said that, “Kuala Lumpur has a higher return as the population concentration is stronger.

With more people coming in, it creates a demand, as population is the catalyst for this market.” During the roadshow, there will be a special package for the purchase of Empire Residence which included a special discount, low down payment, free legal fee on sales and purchase agreement, as well as excellent end financing loan.
