Deputy Perm Sec Of MoH Personally Contributes To Orphans And Single Mothers

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The handing over of donations to orphans and single mothers at RIPAS Hospital as well as Tahlil recital and a breaking of fast ceremony was generously contributed personally by the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Administration & Finance) at the Ministry of Health, Dayang Hjh Siti Mariam binti Hj Md Jaafar and the family of Hj Jamil bin Hj Salleh, Borneo Bulletin reported.
The event was held on Friday at Royal Berkshire Hall at Tarindak D’Polo in Jerudong.
Some 30 orphans and several single mothers at RIPAS Hospital received donation’s which would help reduce their burden during the festive Hari Raya.
The ceremony began with a Tahlil recitation followed by the presentation of donations.
