SIBU: A 3-on-3 basketball competition will be held at Sibu Town Square on Sept 22-23 in conjunction with the BASE Jump event at the same venue from Sept 20 to 23.
A spokesman for the organising committee Edmond Wong told a press conference yesterday the competition, into its second year, is supported by the Sibu Municipal Council and Sibu Basketball Association.
It is divided into men’s 15 and below, men’s 20 and below, men’s 25 and below, and women’s 18 and below.
Entry fee is RM20 per team, and the closing date is Sept 17.
Prizes are in cash, trophies and medals.
