Sabah Model of Year winners announced

Top five winners of the Sabah Model of the Year 2012 male category. KOTA KINABALU: The grand finals of the second season of Sabah Model of the Year saw the participation of 25 finalists from all over Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
Prizes were presented by organising chairman Victor Bryan, whereby the winner, first and second runners-up received trophy, sash, and cash prizes of RM3,000, RM2,000 and RM1,200 respectively.
The fourth to seventh placings bagged RM900, RM800, RM700 and RM600, while the eighth to tenth placings received RM500, RM400 and RM300 respectively. The others each received RM200 consolation prizes.
Seven subsidiary titles were up for grabs, whereby Most Popular Model (audience choice) was Andywen Sarumpit (cash prize RM800, trophy and sash), second place to Lucas Ngu Howe Yung (RM600, trophy and sash) and third place to Allester Alsen Wong (RM400, trophy and sash).
The Best Catwalk and Stage Presentation title was presented to Stanley Lee Kian Yu, who bagged a cash prize of RM500, trophy and sash.
Taking the most creative wear title was Jerry Nelson John (RM800, trophy and sash) followed by Gordon Wyn Wong (RM600, trophy and sash) and Wan Mohd Afiq Bin Wan Reduan (RM400, trophy and sash).
The contestants participated in four rounds where they donned uniform wear, street wear, beach wear and creative wear, which was inspired by the Victoria Secret show.
