BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: A mother of an eight-year-old girl was shocked and disgusted to find a SMS asking for sex sent from an anonymous number yesterday, Borneo Bulletin reported.
Wishing to remain anonymous, the mother said the SMS which was originally sent in Mandarin stated “beautiful girl, can I bring you home to have sex?”
She tried to call the number to find out who it was, however, the number was unreachable. She is yet to lodge a police report but intends to do.
As a concerned citizen and parent, she warned parents to keep a check on their children’s mobile phones for such disgusting SMS.
When the Bulletin contacted the police, they urged the victim to lodge a police report so that an investigation could be carried out.
