Firm offers flexible loans to civil servants

KUCHING: Malaysia Building Society Berhad has appointed Ejadi Sdn Bhd, a company set up here recently, as the national agent for its financial services to staff members of government departments and government linked companies (GLCs).

The company offers loans through its Financing-i products such as Exec-i, Waslah, Max-i, V1 Malaysia, X-Change-i.

Exec-i offers maximum loan of up to RM300,000 and minimum of RM3,000 for those with gross income of RM3,500 and above while Waslah, Maxi-i, V1 Malaysia and X-Change-i are available for customers who have minimum gross income of RM700 .

The interest rates charged a range from 3.99 per cent to 5.5 per cent depending on the loan tenure and financial product taken.
Through its various financial products, Ejadi provides flexible selection for its customers making it an effective personal financier.

A spokesperson for company Roslina Bolhassan who is also the business development manager said applicants needed not pay legal charges and the process was simple and hassle free.

Other incentives the company now offers are deduction of processing fee, which amounts to 3 per cent of loan disbursed and deduction of stamping fee of RM50 among others.

“We also give away Touch & Go card with a value RM50 for all our customers.  We are here to ease the customers’ financial commitment with a lower interest rate,” Roslina added.

In places where touch and go cards are not relevant, RM50 will be credited to to the client’s account.
