SIBU: A score of SMK Three Rivers students accompanied by three teachers visited the Sarawak Skills’ Development Centre (PPKS) in Mukah recently to know more about skill courses offered by the various institutions in Mukah.

PPKS Mukah students affairs officer Bohari Ali was on hand to welcome them.

Information System course instructor Fauziah Adeni conducted a briefing for the visitors.

She talked about minimum entry requirements and courses available at PPKS in general and PPKS Mukah in particular.

ONE FOR THE ALBUM: The students pose for a group photograph with their teachers and officers of PPKS after the visit.

She also highlighted the six-month course on Motorcycle Mechanics (value added Outboard Engine) which will commence on Nov 1.

She said places were limited, and those interested to take up the course had better be prompt in their enrolment.

“Acceptance is on a first come, first served basis,” she added.
